राजस्थान किसान को मिलेगा लाभ
भारत देश एक कृषि प्रधान देश है जिसमें बहुत बडी संख्या में लोग खेती का काम करते हैं।
सरकार ने किसानो के लिए अनके योजनाए चलाई हुई हैं। जिससे किसानो को समय-समय पर लाभ प्रदान किया जाता है। देश के सभी राज्यों में भी वहां के किसानो को सरकारी योजनाओ के तहत लाभ प्रदान किया जाता है। ऐसे ही सरकार ने किसानो के लिए रहन ऋण योजना का शुभारम्भ किया है। किसान अपनी जरूरत के कारण फसल को कम दामों में बेच देता है क्योंकि उसे साहुकारो से लिए गये ऋण को चुकाना होता है और साथ ही उन्हे अगली फसल के लिए भी रुपये की जरूरत होती है। जिससे वह फसल का भाव कम होने पर भी फसल को बेचने के लिए मजबूर होता है। और उसे फसल बेचनी पडती है। अब किसान को ऐसा नही करना पडेगा क्योंकि सरकार किसानो के लिए रहन ऋण योजना को शुरू करने जा रही है।
इस योजना में सरकार किसानो को लोन प्रदान करेगी।

सरकार ने किसानो के लिए कृषि उपज रहन ऋण योजना की शुरूआत की है जिससे किसानो को बहुत बडा लाभ होगा। इस योजना का लाभ राजस्थान के किसानो की प्रदान किया जाएगा।
किसान के पास राजस्थान का मूलनिवास प्रमाण पत्र होना जरूरी हैं। यह लोन किसानो को उनकी फसल को रहन रखकर किया जाता हैं। यह ऋण किसानो को 90 दिन के भीतर जमा करना हेाता हैं । किसान को किस्तो में इस ऋण को चुकाना हेागा। इससे किसान अपनी फसल काे आर्थिक जरूरतों के कारण कम लाभ में बेंचने के लिए मजबूर नही होगा। वह अपनी फसल को उचित दाम आने पर बेंच सकेगा। क्योकि वह अपनी जरूरतों को इस ऋण से पूरा कर लेगा जिससे उसे मुनाफा होगा। इस योजना के तहत किसानो को अपनी फसल का 70% ऋण प्रदान किया जाएगा। सीमान्त व लघु किसानो को 1.5 लाख रूपए तक का लोन दिया जाएगा। इसके साथ ही काश्तकारों को इसके तहत 3 लाख रूपए का ऋण दिया जाएगा।
यह ऋण किसानो को 11% ब्याज पर दिया जाएगा। इसे समय पर पूरा करने पर ब्याज में 2% की छूट दी जाती हैं।

इस योजना को शुरू करने का मुख्य उदृेश्य किसानो को कम समय के लिए उसकी उपज पर ऋण प्रदान करना हैं। इस योजना को शुरू करने के पीछें सरकार के और भी कई उद्देश्य हैं जो निम्नलिखित हैं:-
- रहन ऋण योजना को शुरू कर सरकार किसानाें को आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान करना चाहती हैं।
- जिससे किसानो को साहूकारों से ऋण नही लेना पडेंगा।
- इसका सबसे बडा उद्देश्य किसान को उसकी फसल का उचित दाम दिलवाना हैं।
- किसान कर्ज देने के लिए जल्दबाजी में अपनी फसल को मजबूरी में मूल्य कम होने पर भी बेंच देता हैं।
- अब किसान इस योजना से ऋण लेकर अपनी फसल को उचित दाम आने पर ही बेंचेगा।
- इससे किसान को मुनाफा होगा और वह ऋण को आसानी से किस्तो में चुका देगा।
- इसका उद्देश्य किसानो को साहूकारो के जाल से बचाना हैं।
- इस योजना में सरकार ने 25000 किसानों को लाभ देने का लक्ष्य रखा हैं।
- अब किसानों को कर्ज के डर से आत्महत्या करने के लिए मजबूर नही होना पडेंगा।
- रहन ऋण योजना का शुभारम्भ कर किसानो की आर्थिक स्थिति को मजबूत करना।
कृषि उपज रहन ऋण योजना आनलाइन पंजीकरण
- लाभ लेने के लिए लाभार्थी को इसके लिए आवेदन करना होगा।
- आवेदन के लिए आपको सबसे पहले विभाग की अधिकारिक साइट पर जाना होगा।
- आपके सामने एक पेंज खुलेंगा जिसमें आपको कृषि उपज रहन ऋण योजना खोंजना होगा।
- उस पर आपको क्लिक करना हैं।
- अब आपके सामने नया पेंज खुलेंगा जिसमें आपसे सारी जानकारी पूछी जाएगी उन्हें सावधानी पूर्वक भरना हैं और अन्त में Submit के बटन पर क्लिक करना हैं।
इसकी अधिक जानकारी के लिए आपको संबंधित विभाग में संपर्क करना होगा।
